In owning a home one thing is certain pests never seem to disappear. They occur right after each other but they all have various seasons.It seem like you have to combat pests all year round because of that.But as a homeowner you must get ready so that you can minimize the problems they can give you.
First of all in my San Diego pest control service I see this first hand that pests seem to never end.In one season you have one kind of pests that always bring us calls on.Here comes the next season when calls decrease for that pest yet another one comes.It is a season that never comes to an end.But of course you can strike back.We will discuss the two major pests and look at how they follow after each other.
The ants are the very first one that bothers us every year. In my San Diego ant control service the ant season is the summer months.My company receives a large number of calls at this time. This is when the ants are at their busiest.They are busy in storing food in preparation for the winter. So the best way to minimize the problems with ants is to not give them any food or water.So what you want to do is don’t leave food out and keep your home clean.
The next big pest to come along are rodents. As soon as the ants are gone the rodents come along to bother you.Your house is too hot during the summer so these guys don’t come. But what I have found in my San Diego rodent control service is that come winter they are looking for a place to hibernate.Setting up traps immediately is the best thing to do.In your home you don’t want them to begin to increase in number.You can start killing them early by setting up traps early.
